If you are looking for an overpriced, insect-ridden place to stay while in Villamontes, this is it ! The Deluxe-Extra room where I stayed for $56 a night was on the second floor and could not sleep because of the insects: fleas, mariwees, mosquitos. Lunch consisting of soup, a segundo, and a tangerine can be had for $11.30, whereas elsewhere a decent lunch costs $3.60. On exit, watch out for the inflated frigo-bar bill, and they'll also rip you off on the exchage rate, 6% less. It all adds up on a legthy stay.
